1.1 Assisting with co-ordinating and securing appropriate information and data (mainly internal, through existing SP sources or neighbouring Administering Authorities) 1.2 Compiling a portfolio of existing policy-positions which the Strategy needs to have regard to - eg other internal Strategies, the West London Strategy, etc. 1.3 Drafting of the Supporting People Strategy - production of key elements of strategy in line with brief established by SP Commissioning Manager 1.4 Leading on development and implementation of service user (and Provider) involvement sub-strategy, to include direct consultation with service users 1.5 Drafting reports for members and others on the development of the strategy 1.6 Leading on research into relevant good practice 1.7 Ensuring compliance with national guidance
